Having been completed on 19 December 2015 with a budget of $172 million, the project has been one of the rare landscape and road rehabilitation projects of the world thanks to 1,6 million m2 landscape area, 600.000 m2 concrete and asphalt road, 82 decorative pools and an infrastructure prepared using state-of-the-art technologies.
